Essential Skills / Experience
Able to encourage team working and build strong relationships, knowing when it is appropriate to dive into the detail versus remain at a more strategic or management level and ensure we have clear actions and plan to move forward. Able to work as part of the team but also able take own initiative.
Experience of healthcare processes across a variety of clinical specialities, able to draw on experience to provide consultative guidance and support to organisations deploying products including options appraisal to raise awareness of the clinical and operational impacts of design decisions and reduce likelihood of rework. Ability to efficiently establish the options available, engaging other stakeholders where relevant and be able to clearly articulate the pros/cons tailoring to the audience as required.
Client Engagement/Relationship Management skills, with the ability to engage appropriately at all levels of the organisation– good listener, not afraid to have a difficult conversation with a client, ensuring a balanced/reasoned discussion. Interpersonal communication, negotiation and liaison skills with strong commercial awareness.
Leadership – experience of line management and mentoring, able to guide and influence personal behaviours and individual development, encouraging collaborative team working and personal growth
Dedicated, flexible and proactive approach, with experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
Able to effectively prioritise across a number of competing demands and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed
Able to make a decision having assessed the available information and stick to it, unless new facts/evidence suggest it should be revisited
Full product, sales and deployment lifecycle to draw including:
Pre-Sales – supporting pre-sales activities, including definition of scope, pre-qualification reviews, demonstrations, requirement review and bid response
Product Management – SDLC from requirements through development, testing and delivery, release management
Business Process Re-engineering and Benefits Realisation
