Salary: £35,000 + oncall
An excellent opportunity for a 2nd / 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to work on an interesting and varied role for a leading healthcare organisation. You will be a strong 2nd Line Engineer or a have a mix of 2nd/3rd Line experience.
Role:
*Breakfix support for desktops and laptops
*Applications support
*Windows 10 and Windows 11 remote support
*Windows Server 2012
*VMware
*O365, creating mailbox and accounts,
*Working with 3rd Line team on project work
As 2nd / 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer you will join a team of 4 and will predominantly work from home with the occasional site visit close to Bedford.
