Bid Manager – Health Tech
Remote Working
Salary: To £55,000 + Bonus + Profit Share
The Bid Manager is responsible for securing high-value contracts within the healthcare technology sector, managing NHS frameworks and private healthcare tenders, and co-ordinating the response across the organisation.
Knowledge, experience and skills required:
Experience in bid or proposal management, ideally within Health Tech
A strong understanding of the UK healthcare market, specifically the NHS procurement process
Ability to grasp complex IT concepts (Interoperability, Cloud hosting, EHR workflows) and communicate them
Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple bid teams and high-pressure deadlines simultaneously without compromising on detail.

Coordinate and prepare the bid team for final “pitch” presentations to NHS Trusts or private healthcare boards.
