Graduate Marketing Coordinator
Hertfordshire (2 days per week remote working)
Salary: Excellent + 20% Bonus
As Graduate Marketing Coordinator you may be a new graduate or have around 12 months relevant work experience.
Experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and social media marketing
Excellent organisational skills
Fluent English: written and oral
Accurate and numerate
Ability to communicate with people at all levels, both internally and externally
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, e.g. Word, Excel. PPT
Friendly and warm personality
Strong team spirit and professional attitude
Work on own initiative and well in a team
Summary of the Role:
*Support the Sales Director to investigate, plan and implement digital marketing activities across all product lines, interacting with the sales team, parent company and UK / EU marketing colleagues.
*Support the organising of all exhibitions/conferences/events including the creation, design and distribution of marketing/promotional materials.
*Work closely with trade media / journalists to ensure high level of media coverage for the Company and it’s products.
Responsibilities:
*To help plan and implement all UK digital promotional and marketing activities from press releases, adverts to mailshots etc.
*To plan (in conjunction with the Sales Director) and co-ordinate all UK exhibitions, conferences and events. This can include the necessity to travel to key exhibitions/events for set-up.
*Provide monthly marketing report to Sales Team and Management
*Prepare and update product promotion lists and keep sales team informed of new marketing materials etc.
*Maintain and update UK marketing budget.
*Prepare and update media / journalist lists and work closely with the media to ensure effective media coverage for the Company.
